Healing
a process by which the cells in the body regenerate to repair and rebalance. We all tend to look for labels and descriptions of illness or disease, the labels come with likely behaviour of the body or mind, likely side effects of any drugs taken etc etc. We then look for more symptoms and responses which come almost reassuringly and further our belief that we really are suffering from X, Y or Z. Healing is an area of great interest to me, there is much evidence that a positive mind set, refusal to accept or expect the worse has made a huge shift on a health issue going on. Mind and body are not separate entities. Working together, treating the person as a whole is essential, only then can progress be made.
